We've been looking for this vegan pate since arriving in Nice, and finally found it at Bioman Shop, a natural-food store and organic restaurant in the Riquier neighborhood not far from the port. It's totally plant-based (made with nooch, potatoes, truffles, Champagne, tomato, and spices ) but packaged to appeal to the traditional French taste for fatty duck liver. We like it spread on crackers or toast, but we don't have any photos to show because we're taking this tin back to California so we can share with friends!
